Keith M. Francis

Keith Francis is a mixed media, multimedia artist and sculptor, whose work addresses issues of alienation and disenfranchisement. Keith’s work examines contemporary social, political and environmental issues. Through extensive research, a high degree of refinement, and a varied use of materials, the final results are thought provoking and meticulously constructed.



Keith Francis earned a BA in Fine Arts and Visual Communications at the University of Massachusetts–Dartmouth and a n MFA in Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Keith has exhibited his work at institutions including the University of Mississippi, deCordova Museum, Viterbo University, Montserrat College of Art, New Hampshire Art Institute, Phillips Exeter Academy, The Cambridge School, Moses Brown School, The Museum of Fine Arts School, and Delaware State University. His work is held in public and private collections in the United States and internationally. Keith is a Design and Visual Communications instructor at Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School.
