Coiled on the floor, a faulty fire hose spills red light and disjointed stereo audio. One end spews sounds of gushing water, snake charmer strains, flies buzzing, and water going down the drain while the other end relays an Audiovox recording of the US Constitution and amendments, fighting to be heard.

Liz Nofziger was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1974 and grew up in a small Mennonite community in southern Indiana. Nofziger received an MFA from the Studio for Interrelated Media at Massachusetts College of Art in 2004, and a BA from Goshen College in 1996.
